Delivery

We offer free shipping to US, CANADA, UK, FRANCE, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, JAPAN, NORWAY, FINLAND, DENMARK, SWEDEN and MEXICO. Please kindly allow us 2-4 business days to process your order. Delivery normally takes 10-30 business days and it vary from country to country. Delivery times does not include weekend and holidays.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product availability. We are unable to supply estimated duties and taxes as this information will vary by country. Please note that if you place an order online, you will be responsible for all duties, taxes and custom charges. If your order is then refused, you will still be responsible for charges incurred in shipping the package. Occasionally, after several delivery attempts made by express shipping carrier, if the recipient is still unavailable to make arrangement to receive the package, the package will be returned to us and any shipping and handling fees associated with returned order will be deducted from the order payment. 
Your items might be shipped separately due to our product availability.
We do not offer tracking numbers.
What happens next?
Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

We are confident that you will be happy with our product. However, if an item shipped to you is defective or damaged, we will be happy to refund your purchase price. Please E-mail customer service for return authorization. Please include your Order Number, Item(s) to return and Reasons for return in the email.

Our size chart on each of the product page are true size and the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Please provide your Order Number, Return Items and Reasons in your email and we will provide return address. We recommend that you ship with a tracking number. Please hang on to your tracking number in the event you need to track your package. Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to confirm your exchange or refund.

The return request must be made within 10 days after delivery and shipped within 5 days after return authorization. The product should be unworn, unwashed and in salable condition with original tags. We reserve the right to decline the refund if the product is not in salable condition. 

Purchase with a discount code and clearance items cannot be refunded to original form of payment. You can exchange your item, or we’ll issue you a merchandise credit on a gift card. 

Refusal of Delivery

If a package is refused for delivery, the customer will be responsible for actual shipping charges incurred. Once we receive the package back in our warehouse, we will issue a credit to the original credit card for the purchase price less the actual shipping and handling cost of shipping the package to you.
